Rabat quays
With a total length of 1.5 km, docks and wharves Rabat were open to the public on the summer season of 2007. The shore of Rabat is now equipped with restaurants and cafes, secure landing stages for barcassiers who cross the river, as well as moorings for boats and larger boats.
The quays host cafés, restaurants, rides and space for children, but also a nautical club and an area dedicated to sports on stilts for the sports agglomeration of Rabat-Salé.
The platforms also offer an event space that has hosted many major events such as the Mawazine festival, the Earth Day 2010, Morocco Hit Parade, and many other artistic and cultural events.
