Directed by the Agency for the development of the Bouregreg valley, and an integral part of the development program of the city of Rabat 2014-2018, called ” Rabat city of light, the cultural capital of Morocco,” the construction project urban Ring Road No. 2 will give to citizens a new crossing of the Bouregreg’s River and will improve traffic flow between the two cities.

The future bypass will involve the development of an urban boulevard of 8 km of long and 22 m of wide, carrying a hopper under the Avenue Mohammed VI in Rabat and the construction of a hopper under the road Zarbia in Sale.

It should be remembered that the cost of construction of these works is in the order of 520 million dirhams, and the construction period covers 22 months.
