VISIT OF HIGH DELEGATION OF BRITAIN TO THE BOUREGREG’S PROJECT
Lord Jonathan Marland, Minister of Parliamentary State at the Department of British Energy, and HE Mr Tim Morris, Ambassador of Her Majesty the Queen in Morocco, visited the Project Bouregreg February 9, 2012. they were received by Mr. LemghariEssakl, Director General of the Agency of Bouregreg, together with the Agency’s main center managers.
During this visit, Lord Marland and His Excellency Ambassador learned about the development of the valley as a whole project, and major transport infrastructure delivered by the Agency, before receiving a detailed explanation of the new Bab Al Bahr city, designed by the prestigious British firm Foster & Partners. Lord Marland and HE have also inquired about the progress of the Rabat Grand Theatre, located in the second block of the Bouregreg Project, whose work will start shortly. Note that the futuristic design and monitoring of theater work was entrusted to the Anglo-Iraqi architect ZahaHadid.
The presentation around the model of these two major projects was followed by a site visit and witness the apartment Bab Al Bahr.
