The Bab Al Bahr project moved at Cityscape Abu Dhabi from 17 to 21 April 2010. During his participation at the prestigious Emarat showroom Bab Al Bahr emphasized the strategic partnership between the Agency for the Development of the Bouregreg Valley and group Al Maabar.

Placed under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the United Arab Emirates, Cityscape 2011 has attracted a considerable number of international investors, developers and public private, leading architects, designers and consultants, and all the great professionals involved in urban design and building construction.

The space dedicated to Bab Al Bahr recorded a considerable affluence throughout the event. Visitors were able to admire the model presenting the project and follow the projection of a 3D movie in the stand.

The residential units offered for sale at the fair are located in the City of Arts, central district of Bab Al Bahr that includes luxury apartments overlooking the gardens as well as many spaces dedicated to art and culture.
