THE FIRST PHASE OF THE PROJECT BOUREGREG ENTERS ITS FINAL PHASE

If the Bab Al Bahr city begins to emerge, the first sequence of the development of the Bouregreg valley matures, with delivery scheduled for early June, the main works that bring the cities to the 21st century.

Indeed, it is planned to open simultaneously the new Hassan II Bridge to traffic between Rabat and Salé, to launch the commissioning of the Rabat-Salé tramway, and to inaugurate at the same time, the Tunnel of Oudayas, to let people enjoy the conurbation of the capital of the Kingdom.

With a length of 1.2 km, the Hassan II Bridge includes two triple tracks, a platform for the tramway and safe passage for pedestrians and transports with two wheels. Peaking at 13 meters the tunnel expected to facilitate the navigability across the river to the limits of ONCF Bridge. It is distinguished by its architecture signed by Marc Mimram, and its urban integration. Its concrete construction high light color performance has required both highly technical and imagination and innovation dose. This bridge is the first work of art in Morocco.
